Step 1. Wash and condition your hair thoroughly. Dab your hair with a clean towel and blow dry it with a hair dryer.
Step 2. Brush all your hair to the left as you would put your hair in a low off-to-side ponytail. Divide your hair into three and starting between the chin and the ear, start braiding your hair in a loose, messy braid (left peice over middle, right peice over middle and repeat). Once you braid your hair to about half an inch the end of your hair.
Step 3. Secure the end of your braid with an elastic hair tie. Small loose peices are fine and look good with this look, but if they're big then secure them with a bobby pin or barette. If you have you could wear them how you normally would or part them to the side, but it would look better if you pin them back or if they're long braid them into the braid.
Step 4. Lightly spray a medium hold hairspray to keep the look in place.
