Step 1. First, start out with a clean face. Use a moisturizer and/or a foundation that matches your skin tone. They both even out your skin tone and keep the makeup on better. Also, if you are using a powder foundation, apply it to your lips. If not, just keep your natural lip color.

Step 2. Next, apply a dark blue eyeshadow to your eyelid, just to the crease.

Step 3. Now, take a black eyeliner and apply it to your top eyelid right along the base of your eyelashes.

Step 4. Do the same to the bottom of your eye, only a bit thinner than you did the top. When you get to the outside of your eye, continue your eyeliner out to your bone that forms the eye socket.

Step 5. Now apply your mascara to both sets of lashes. This look doesn't require a lipgloss, but you can apply a bit of powder foundation to keep the colors constant.
