Items Suggested:
Foundation Brush/Sponge
Buffer/Kabuki Brush
Concealer
Nude Lipstick (MAC has lots of nude lipsticks)
Black Onyx Liquid Eyeliner
Black Kohl Eyeliner Pencil
Peach Blush (Recommended: NARS in shade "Orgasm")
Black Mascara

Step 1. Before you begin, your face must be free of any makeup, dirt, and oils. Start off with cleansing your face, then apply a toner in upward strokes, then finish off with a nourishing moisturizer. If you're unsure what these 3 things are for, click here.

Step 2. After your face has been thoroughly cleaned and moisturized, you may want to apply a concealer if you have any red spots, blemishes, or have dark undereyes. You may use your ring finger to apply this.
*This step is optional

Step 3. Once your face is clean and moisturized, Starting off with a liquid foundation that is no more than two shades darker or lighter than your skin tone. The best ways to apply foundation is with a stippling brush, a flat foundation brush, or a foundation sponge. a If you have a great complexion and don't need foundation, go ahead and skip this step.

Step 4. After your foundation has been applied smoothly, with your all hairlines and chinlines blended well, you can use a kabuki brush *also known as a buffer brush* to blend out any harsh lines. If you have any mineral starter kit (bare escentuals, bare minerals) that includes this brush, that works fine.

Step 5. For this step, grab a black eyeliner pencil. Line your bottom waterline, but avoid your LASH LINE, as this will make it look darker, and Selena is wearing it only on her waterline.

Step 6. Using your black liquid eyeliner, start on the middle of your eye (if you have your own way to do this, that's great) and press it down and do short strokes outward (near your ears outward). Keep doing this until you have made a basic line, then start going inwards just til the edge of your pupil (look at picture). Fill your liner out by doing short strokes again, but slightly going upwards, and filling it in. Once done, make a wing by going outwards gently but not too far, and fill any incomplete lines. If you mess up, try taking a q-tip. If it still doesn't come off, you can apply Vaseline and try again. (Be sure to remove all hints of vaseline because it's greasy and will smudge your eyeliner as soon as you put it on again).

Step 7. Using your pencil eyeliner again, line your WATERLINE to your top lid. Then, apply a thin top coat of mascara. Then begin to do your lower lashes. If your mascara is clumpy, take a tissue and wipe your brush through it a few times, then apply. This will make your mascara come out light but lengthy, like Selena's.

Step 8. For your lips, you'll need a definite nude lipstick. MAC Cosmetics has a great line of nude lipsticks such as Hue, Creme d'nude, and much more. They sell at about $14 a tube, but are well worth it. Apply your lipstick as you'd do any other. If you are interested in doing the rhinestone lips (be careful that talking would be rather difficult), then find a rhinestone kit and apply them on some lipstick drawn in a heart.

You're done!
