Step 1. To start off, cleanse your face with your favorite cleanser and moisturize.
Step 2. Next, apply a light, dewy liquid foundation that matches your skin tone to your face, using a sponge, a foundation brush, or your fingers (not recommended).
Step 3. Next, take a large kabuki or buffer brush and load it up with a matte pressed powder. Buff this all over your face.
Step 4. Now, take any pink eyeshadow and apply this all over your lid. Don't be afraid to take a lot.
Step 5. Now, take a black liquid eyeliner (Loreal Lineur Intense work best) and line a thick line on your lash line. Start thin at the beginning of your eye, then thick it out at the edge, not forgetting to wing it out.
Step 6. Curl your lashes and apply a black lengthening and thickening mascara. This look is best matched when your lashes are long, thick, and just a bit clumpy. If you don't want to wear mascara, go ahead and apply fake doll lashes with lash glue. After that, apply one coat of lengthening mascara.
Step 7. Now for the cheeks, take a pigmented, bright pink lipstick or cream blush and apply it to the apples of your cheeks. (To find your apples, smile and put it on the round part of your cheeks.) Then, to set your blush, apply another bright pink powder blush to your cheeks.
Step 8. Finally, for your lips, take a bright pink lip liner, NYX has some really good ones, and line your lips. Try to make them look very doll-like and fake/plastic. Then fill in your lips with the lipliner.
Step 9. Next, take a lip brush and load it up with a very bright, pigmented lipstick. Apply this over all your lipliner. Finish off with a clear or bright pink lipgloss.
