Step 1. Wash your face. If you use a towel, remember to pat and not wipe, otherwise you're more likely to develop wrinkles overtime.
Step 2. Apply a liquid foundation as close to your skin tone as possible. If it's too dark, you'll look orange; if it's too light, you'll look sicklike. Don't forget to blend evenly on your hairline and chinline. Apply a loose powder (again, close to your skin tone) to finish the look. I recommend CoverGirl.
Step 3. Apply an eyelid primer if you have any; but if you do not, that's alright, too. Apply a light gray eyeshadow on your eyelids. Prevent the eyeshadow from going outwards away from your eyelids and/or above your eyelid crease.
Step 4. Apply a black cream eyeliner and moderately apply it as close to the edge of your eyelids as possible. Take a black pencil eyeliner (once the cream eyeliner has dried) and lightly trace it around your eyes, as close to your tear duct as you can. Remember, you need a steady hand for eyeliner!
Step 5. Apply 5-6 coats of black mascara on your top eyelashes, and 2-3 on your lower lashes. Be sure not to get smudges on your face; if you do, get it off as soon as possible or it will dry and stay for days. Give mascara about 30-40 seconds to dry. I recommended the brand Clinique or Maybelline.
Step 6. Apply a pink blush on the apples of your cheeks. If you don't know where your apples are, smile, as this defines them immensely. I recommend the brand Clinique.
Step 7. Apply a lip balm. I recommend Burt's Bees.
Step 8. Apply a light pink or peach lip gloss. I recommended the brand Sugar.
You're done!
