Things you need:
• Brown Liquid Eyeliner: Sephora $16
• Foundation: Sephora $6
• Concealer: Sephora $33
• Black Mascara: Sephora $21
• Carmex Lip Balm: Walgreens $2.19
• Neutral Pink Lipstick: Sephora $7
Steps:
1. Start by washing your face thoroughly with a good (Non-Animal Tested) soap and hot water to open your pores. Splash your face with cold water to close them. Blot (not rub!) your face with a soft, clean rag.
2. If your skin tone is almost exactly like Selena's, use a tan foundation. If your's is different, use a foundation not more than 2 shades greater than your skin tone.
3. Use a concealer pen to enhance your look and to get rid of any blemishes. Spread well.
4. Do not mack on a bunch of foundation if you are new to makeup. Start by putting a little onto the tip of your finger and dot over your nose, cheeks, chin and in-between brows. Use a small, damp sponge to rub in foundation. Spread well and quick to avoid clumps.
5. Now it's time to move on to your eyes. Apply a thick layer of brown liquid eyeliner, but to make it look like Selena's, apply on the outer edge of your eyelid, instead of drawing a line all the way inward.
6. Once finished with the eyeliner, curl your eyelashes with an eyelash curler. If you do not know how to use one, open the clasp and put it over your eyelashes. Push down gently. Then, apply one coat of volume enhancing mascara to make your eyelashes look fuller.
7. Lastly, apply some neutral pink lipgloss to your lips. Put a little on the tip of your finger and in the center of your lip and spread outwards.
